1ST DAY: ARRIVAL / KRAKOW
Arrival to the Krakow airport. Meeting with a guide /
tour leader and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Lunch in a restaurant. Guided tour of Krakow: the Wawel
Hill: the Cathedral, the Royal Castle - former residence
of Polish kings, the Market Square, the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice),
the Basilica of St. Mary (Veit Stoss' altar). Dinner and
night in the hotel.
2ND DAY: KRAKOW / WIELICZKA
After breakfast - continuation of the guided tour: Collegium
Maius (the oldest building of the Jagiellonian University)
and the Czartoryski Museum with the famous painting Lady
with an Ermine by Leonardo da Vinci (or guided tour of
Kazimierz - former Jewish district). Lunch in a restaurant.
In the afternoon - tour of the Wieliczka Salt Mine, inscribed
onto the World Heritage List of UNESCO. Return to Krakow.
Folk style dinner in a typical Polish restaurant. Night
in the hotel.
3RD DAY: DEPARTURE
In the morning - breakfast in the hotel and leisure time.
Transfer to the airport and departure from Krakow.
